Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password’ in the left hand margin under the login button , follow the prompts and your password will be e-mailed to you. .

Change of Details or Accidentally Unsubscribed

Our system allows you to edit your membership profile and keep your email and other contact details up-to-date. To access this area, simply:

• Login in the left hand margin using your Username and Password,

• Click on ‘Edit Your Profile’ which will appear under your email address in the margin, enter your change and click Save

• If you are changing your email, you will need to confirm that change by clicking on a link that will be sent to your email account.

If you have accidentally unsubscribed by pressing the opt-out link at the bottom of an email, you will need to edit your profile and tick the boxes relating to what you wish to receive.

Bank Transfers, Cheques and Money Orders

We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard via this web-site. We do not accept payment by Diners and AMEX.

We also accept payment by cheque or money order via mail. All payments must be payable in Australian Dollars and made out to ShareTradingEducation.com

Please mail your cheque or money order to the address shown below. Please also include your name, postal address, phone number, e-mail address, and details of the items you wish to purchase. Your order cannot be processed without this information.

To ensure you enclose all necessary information, we recommend you fill in an online order form where applicable, print it out and send it with payment.
